While her bounce back into shape was criticised by some fellow mums, fans couldn’t deny how incredible the 34-year-old pop star looked.
And Cheryl has finally revealed how she sculpted her post-baby body, in her first full interview since giving birth to baby Bear with boyfriend Liam Payne.
Speaking to Vogue, the former X Factor judge said: “Tracey Anderson has a streaming service and it’s heaven sent. I have a space in my house where I heat up the room and then just stream it and follow that.
“I’ve always done Tracey Anderson. When I lived in the States I went to Brentwood, to her studio, but the streaming is brilliant, so easy and you can do it in your living room.”
Liam’s other half also opened up about her life has changed since she became a mum.
“I just feel differently about everything to be honest – my views on everything have changed. Firstly you see the fear in everything, like sharp edges!” she said.

Cheryl continued: “Your whole being changes because it’s not about you anymore. If something happens to you it doesn’t matter as much but if it happened to your child, the impact would be severe.
The singer also confirmed her return to music, saying she is back in the studio and that “beautiful things happening to me has helped me to see things differently”.
The L’Oreal ambassador has recently returned to work and teased she could be returning to The X Factor judging panel for good.
In one of her first TV interviews since becoming a mum, Cheryl is set to sit down with Simon Cowell ahead of her return to the show on Judges’ Houses.
The chat, which takes place at Simon’s house in France where the pair filmed his Judges Houses, will air on Lorraine next week.
