After her big brother, Prince George, started primary school in September this year, it is Princess Charlotte’s turn to begin an exciting new milestone.
The two year old – who will turn three in May – will attend Willcocks Nursery School in London in January.
A school spokesperson said: “We are delighted that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen the Willcocks Nursery School for Princess Charlotte.
“We look forward to welcoming Charlotte to our nursery in January.”
Fees are £3,050 a term for mornings, £1,800 for afternoons, meaning it costs an eye-watering £14,500 if the child attends both sessions over three terms.
Kensington Palace made the announcement as they released Kate Middleton and Prince William’s annual Christmas card.
Fans can’t believe how similar Princess Charlotte looks to her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, as Kensington Palace release a new picture ahead of her 2nd birthday
Joined by their young children, Prince George, four, and Princess Charlotte, two, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge beam as they pose for the sweet photo.
Matching each other in baby blue outfits, the royal four look adorable.
Pregnant Kate Middleton sports a blue blouse and matching pencil skirt in the photo, showing off her trim figure in the peplum-style top.
The photograph was seemingly taken in the early stages of Kate’s pregnancy.
Meanwhile, Prince George and Princess Charlotte stand in front of their parents, with George holding onto his father’s hand as he rests it on his shoulder.
The youngsters certainly steal the spotlight in the heart-melting snap, as Princess Charlotte looks adorable in a gorgeous floral dress.
