Miles selling agent James Davis said the two-storey house at 3 Hampton Court, Ivanhoe, was renovated and extended in the mid-90s and its bathrooms and kitchen had been given a facelift by its current owners.
But they’d planned more for the 1937 beauty and its 760sq m block before being forced to sell, including installing a pool and modernising more of its interior.
Mr Davis said new owners could easily pick up where they left off.
The property, which is set to go under the hammer on July 15, has price hopes of $2.2-$2.275 million.
