Emmerdale’s Liv Flaherty looks set to be punished for spiking Lisa Dingle’s drink as the police came knocking – but which of the Dingles called the police?
The teen has landed herself in big trouble after putting ketamine in Lisa’s drink after mistaking it for Daz Spencer’s.
She and pal Gabby Thomas plotted to teach Daz a lesson after he bad-mouthed her, but things went wrong as it was Lisa who ended up in hospital.
Next week, the teen confesses all, leaving her family horrified – especially her brother Aaron.
But when the police come knocking, there’s uproar among the Dingles as one of them has broken the Dingle code not to grass up one of their own – but who was it?
Liv eventually gets charged with theft and administering a noxious substance, as is left terrified when she overhears her brother saying that she could go to prison.
Charity in incensed to see Debbie back with Joe after all they’ve been through – but what is Joe plotting?
Could Liv really be sent down for her crime?
Danny Miller, who plays Aaron opened up on his character’s fears for his sibling, saying: “Aaron is terrified that Liv could be locked up for this. Partly because she might become a target for her asexuality in prison and it’s tough for anybody who’s struggling like that.
“All of that happened to Aaron when he was in jail. He had mind games thrown at him and he was battered and bruised every day.
“Liv is cut from a different cloth, but regardless, Aaron is worried for her as he knows what it’s like to be inside and the possibilities of drugs. It’s a terrible time for the pair of them.”
Meanwhile, Isobel Steele, who plays the teen, added: “I think she’d struggle. She’d make out she’s stronger than she is.
“I think she would struggle if she were put away and Aaron would see through whatever barrier she would put up.
“She’s a target and anyone would struggle in Young Offenders. Especially Liv.”
And with Liv set to turn to drink to blot out her troubles, could she be heading on a dark, downward spiral?
